ITD Lab was selected by the start-up accelerator THE GREEN HUB, a specialized network of innovation and technology entirely focused on the cannabis industry, in partnership with Merckto be presented in the CANNABIS THINKING 2.0, the second edition of the event that brings high quality content with guests who are major influencers of the sector.

 

 With its innovative and unique formulations, ITD Lab is focused on the development of phytotherapeutic and cannabis-based products, and has set itself the goal of identifying new research methodologies and formulations for phytotherapeutic products for different pathologies through the development and validation of preclinical models and in carefully selected compounds development and marketing of the final pharma and wellness products.

Patrizia is an attorney. Her practice focuses on privately held emerging and high growth companies, as well as venture capital, private equity funds, family offices and corporate venture groups that invest in those companies. She holds a degree in law from UFMG (Brazil), a certificate in Finance and Controllership from IBMEC/MG (Brazil), a Master’s in Law from UFMG and a Master of Laws with Honors from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law (Chicago, IL, USA), and credits in Accounting and Energy Markets from Kellog Management Business School (Chicago, IL, USA). She is licensed to practice law in Brazil and also in the state of New York (USA). She is a member of the John Henry Wigmore Alumni Club of the Northwestern University and of the New York State Bar Association – Women in Law Section.
